We exist to provide quality jobs for our team and to express our love for mid-Michigan by serving our community well. Rob and Andrew built this company on the belief that a business can be profitable and deeply values-driven at the same time — and that the people who trust you with their homes deserve nothing less than your best work every single time.
Meet the Owners
Robert Ray — Co-Owner & Operations Manager
Robert Ray is the co-owner and Operations Manager of Splash N Wash — the one making sure every job is scheduled, every team member is equipped, and every customer receives the standard of service the company was built on. With eight years of hands-on experience in exterior cleaning, Rob brings genuine expertise to the field and a relentless commitment to getting the details right. Rob and his wife Sarah have five children and are rooted in the Grand Ledge community, where they actively serve in multiple ministries. Outside of work and ministry, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and going on adventures. He started Splash N Wash because he wanted to build something meaningful — a business that serves people well and stands behind its work.
Andrew Rost — Co-Owner & Growth Manager
Andrew Rost is the co-owner and Growth Manager of Splash N Wash — focused on building relationships, expanding the business, and ensuring Splash N Wash continues to serve more homes and businesses across mid-Michigan. Andrew brings energy, vision, and a genuine love for people to everything he does. Andrew and his wife Lauren have three children. He coaches his kids’ sports teams, loves cooking for his family, and is actively involved at Jesus Church in DeWitt — the same church where he and Rob first met and built the friendship that became Splash N Wash. For Andrew, this business is an extension of how he lives — investing in people and showing up fully for the community around him.
How Splash N Wash Came to Be
Rob Ray and Andrew Rost met at Jesus Church in DeWitt — two guys with different backgrounds but the same values: faith, family, hard work, and a genuine desire to serve the people around them. When they decided to go into business together in 2022, they weren’t chasing a big payday. They wanted to build something they could be proud of — a company that treats its customers like neighbors, its employees like family, and its work like a craft. Since launching, Splash N Wash has grown to serve over 1,000 homeowners and businesses across mid-Michigan, including Grand Ledge, Lansing, DeWitt, Charlotte, East Lansing, Portland, Mason, Okemos, Williamston, and surrounding communities. Rob manages the day-to-day operations to keep every job running smoothly. Andrew drives growth and relationships, making sure more mid-Michigan homes and businesses get to experience what Splash N Wash delivers. Together, they offer window cleaning, residential and commercial pressure washing and soft washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting installation, and permanent LED lighting — all backed by the same commitment they started with in 2022: do the work right, treat people well, and never stop improving.
